I have mixed some cream emulsion with blue and yellow acrylic to make a deep green,?
its a sort of peppermint green at the moment, but if I put more blue its changing into a turquoise, and if i add more yellow, its too light,Maybe, if I add a small amount of brown?
you don't say how strong the blue you are using is, if it is a lighter hue or something similar and you mix with crean then you will struggle to get what you want.
The problem you are facing is you know the colour you want to make but the paint pigment you have to work with is wrong because emulsion pigment in household paints are artificial, so you will never achieve any real satisfactory result by adding other colours.
Go out and buy a can of deep green emulsion paint or take two cans of strong colour, each being a yellow can and a blue one, mix the both together to the shade you want, that is the only way you will get any level of success.
